Alongside my work in digestive health, I also support clients who are looking to achieve a healthy, sustainable weight, whether that means gaining weight, losing weight, or simply feeling more energised, balanced and confident in their bodies.

Weight changes can be influenced by many factors, including digestion, blood sugar balance, appetite, stress, lifestyle patterns, nutrient intake, and overall wellbeing. That’s why I take a gentle, personalised, and non-judgemental approach to each client’s goals.

3. Balancing blood sugar is a cornerstone of weight management. When blood glucose swings up and down, cravings increase, energy drops, and fat storage becomes more likely, especially around the abdomen.

One of the biggest obstacles to weight loss is not knowing what to eat or how to structure meals.
